Account: name, email and profile data you provide.

App content: meliponaries, hives, swarm traps, management events, marketplace listings and chat messages.

Photos you add to hives and listings.

Location (optional): only when you set a meliponary's position on the map.

Purchases and subscriptions: processed by the stores (Apple/Google) and RevenueCat; we do not store card data.

Technical data: device identifiers, push notification tokens and usage data to run and improve the service.

To provide and maintain the app's features (hive management, marketplace, chat, traceability).

To process subscriptions and credits, send relevant notifications and provide support.

For security, fraud prevention and product improvement.

We do not sell your data. We share only with providers necessary to operate the service: Supabase (hosting and database), RevenueCat and Apple/Google (subscriptions and purchases), Google/Apple (push notifications) and Anthropic (optional AI listing-review feature, processing only the listing text).

Public seller-profile and listing information is visible to other users according to your privacy settings.

We process data under Brazil's LGPD and the GDPR where applicable, based on contract performance, consent and legitimate interest.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and request account deletion directly in the app or via the email below.

We keep your data while your account is active or as required by law. After account deletion, we remove or anonymize personal data.

We use technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access control) to protect your information.

BeeApp is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this Policy periodically; material changes will be communicated in the app or on the website.
